We want you to love your LEIF pieces as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused home goods in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and a small restocking fee may apply to oversized furniture items.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
